Practice Description

I practice in the areas of civil litigation, federal courts, state courts, and professional liability defense relating to physicians involved in Washington's physician discipline system. I also do business counseling, investigations, and general counseling, with some exposure to employment law. Clients should select me if they want an explanation of what will happen, why it is happening, what they need to do, and when to stand firm in relation to civil litigation events. I am pragmatic about litigation and try to achieve the best result possible, given that litigation is risky and tends to cost more than everyone wants.
