Practice Description
I serve as in-house general counsel for Jefferson County, Washington. I am responsible for handling or overseeing all county civil litigation, legal transactions and advice on all civil issues, including land use, legislation, contracts, compliance with state law and county code, risk management, public meetings and records. I supervise outside counsel. I serve as the County’s Washington Counties Risk Pool, Alternative Director.
